Astro-Runner

Hellow folks, I'm happy to show you my first game: Astro-Runner!

It was a little project to get used to Python and Pygame and I think it's pretty fun. Astro-Runner is heavily inspired by Dino-Runner which most of you may know from the Google-Offline-Page. I implemented some differences tho: you can move around the screen and you have three abilities which help you to survive: Jump Boost, Skywalk, and Invincible. Dodge the enemies and try to survive as long as possible!

Shoutout to Pixel Frog who shares their Pixel-Art for free! I think the enemies and main character looks amazing. It's heavily inspired by ClearCode's "Ultimate introduction to Pygame" as well. If you want to learn Pygame quick, take a look!

Since i coded this game in python and transformed it into a .exe-File it may happen, that Windows Virus Scan mark it as a virus. To play Astro-Runner, add it as an exception. It's 100% safe! (All in all i don't want to get banned from itch.io for spreading malware)
